Occupation .Net Developer

Michael Gilmore (born February 3, 1983) is an American .Net Developer. He's always had an interest in technology (through research and tinkering at home, classes he previously took, or being the “go - to I.T. person” at a job). Following his passion he enrolled in the .Net Application Developer Program at Centriq Training. After 4.5 months of intensive training he was ready for the development world and immediately began working in the field. As a professional .Net Developer he has gained a lot of experience and knowledge working with .Net Core, C#, SQL, Angular, Typescript, Azure, and multiple ORMs.

Early life

Michael Gilmore was born in Independence, MO, where he graduated from Truman High School in 2001.

He became very intrigued by computers at a young age, but it wasn't until high school where he was first introduced to programming. He took every computer programming class they offered including Advanced Placement courses which helped him earn college credit. Art was another one of his passions while growing up. This led him to taking every website design/building class they offered as well. His Junior year he joined the high school website club, where he helped design and develop the high school's website.
